On Saturday, August 30th, prepare for a golden-hour edition of Amsterdam’s most exciting Singles Night Out. Whether you’re in for the full experience — dinner and party — or just the Singles Only Party, one thing’s for sure: this isn’t your average night out.

Join our Flirt & Dine Mingle Dinner under the setting sun. You'll rotate seats after each course and meet new singles throughout the evening, guided by our charming host to break the ice and spark the fun.Expect a tropical 3-course dinner, refreshing drinks, and flirty vibes on the beach.

Party beneath the Palms 💃🌴

Not joining for dinner? No problem, from 20:30, the doors swing open for our Singles Only Party.

Once the dinner wraps up, the DJ takes over, the tiki bar lights up, and the beach fills with hundreds of fun-loving singles. Whether you're dancing in the sand, sipping cocktails, connecting with other singles, or locking eyes in the crowd, this is your moment.

🥗 Starter
Caesar Salad – choice of:

• Shrimp

• Sous-vide chicken breast

• Vegan Caesar Salad
  Crisp little gem lettuce, homemade Caesar dressing, croutons, garlic-butter shrimp with chilli or tender sous-vide chicken breast, topped with shaved Parmesan cheese.

🍽 Main Course
1. Grilled salmon with lemon, thyme and garlic – served with roasted baby potatoes.
Grilled salmon fillet marinated in lemon and garlic, with freshly chopped herbs.

2. Grilled chicken with lemon and herbs – served with roasted baby potatoes and a fresh green salad with yoghurt dressing.
Tender chicken breast, perfectly grilled with lemon and herbs.

3. Vegetarian: Smoked aubergine with tomato and burrata – served with roasted baby potatoes.
Smoked aubergine, slow-cooked caramelised onions in tomato sauce, freshly chopped herbs and basil olive oil.

20:30 – 00:30 Singles Only Party (open for all ticket holders)

🔹 Is there a dress code?
Yes – Tropical-Chic. Think summery, colourful and elegant. Stylish trainers are welcome.

🔹 What if it rains?
No worries! The dinner and party are held in both indoor and outdoor areas,  with covered spaces if it rains, so the vibe continues, rain or shine.

🔹 Can I come alone?
Absolutely — a lot of guests do! You’ll meet plenty of like-minded singles through the dinner rotations and during the singles-only party. That’s what Adam & Eve is all about: having a good time and connecting with other singles. 

🔹 How do you ensure a good balance between men and women?
At Adam & Eve, it's all about real connection, and a healthy balance between men and women plays a big role in that.

We don’t sell separate tickets for men or women, because we want everyone to feel free to book. But behind the scenes, we closely monitor the gender ratio of ticket buyers.

If we notice one gender is booking significantly more than the other, we temporarily make tickets available only to the underrepresented group.

Each ticket includes a welcome drink and access to the program for your ticket type. Dinner tickets include a 3-course dinner + party access. Party tickets include access from 21:00 onward.
